I am happy to share that the national expansion of my business has begun, taking STEAM & Dream programs to Atlanta, Chicago, and Phoenix and offering the same program in Milwaukee, too! More updates: I also earned a certificate from Goldman Sachs' 10KSB program, was highlighted as a partner of MKE Tech Hub, and won a STEM award with my colleagues. As always, I am grateful to my business partners, family, and friends for their ongoing support. I couldn't do it without you!
BUSINESS EXPANSION: STEAM & Dream Summit in Atlanta!
The STEAM & Dream Youth and Adult Summit in Atlanta was so impactful! Loved seeing people lined up outside the door waiting to start the sessions. On Saturday, May 14, youth ages 12-17 and Atlanta community members enjoyed meeting new friends with similar interests as they explored the intersection of Wellness, Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. We had a product pitch competition, a hip hop yoga session, STEM Sessions, Earn Your Leisure's financial podcasting expertise, and Atlanta youth and adults learning how to make an impact in their communities for social change. I'm so appreciative of the summit sponsorship of American Family Insurance, and our partners including the Milky Way Tech Hub, Sherman Phoenix, Young Enterprise Society, Journey House, and Grateful Girls that keeps our programs free to attendees! More summits to come, starting with Milwaukee in July, then Chicago and Phoenix!
We also offered a program on May 14 for adults who want to make a difference.

Wow, I am so grateful for what I learned in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program! In the 10KSB, I was part of the entrepreneur cohort in Chicago.
It's all about growth as a business owner and making choices that are right for me.
I appreciate the keen insights from the 10KSB coaches and I am so thankful for expanding my business network and making new friends!

I appreciate all of my community partners! Along with MKE Tech Hub Coalition, I also want to give a shout-out to Sharp Literacy and the Code the Hoan technology program for youth!
Special thanks to Milwaukee School of Engineering, a community partner that invited me to present at the April Girl Scouts.STEM Career Day.
Fun fact: I was a Girl Scout and am happy to support the next generation of women leaders.

Along with a team of partners, I was recognized in March for my STEAM & Dream work with American Family Insurance. I'm thrilled and honored to be recognized in the nonprofit STEM Forward's "Spirit of STEM" Award for STEM outreach and improving the STEM competency of K-12 students.
